On the first day, we explore the unique and wildly romantic Maderanertal valley on a guided hike. The day’s destination is a more than 250-year-old “Bergheimet” at 1150 above the sea level, on the southern slope of the Kleine Windgällen Mountain. You will be a guest on an alpine goat “Alp” with fantastic views.
In the evening, a mountain wellness experience with Finnish sauna awaits you.
For dinner we enjoy fine raclette, if possible under the starry sky.
The second day is reserved for relaxation and being & enjoying. The fine breakfast, with local products, is served with our own mountain honey. Afterwards you have time to enjoy and (depending on the season) get to know our goats before we start the descent back to civilisation.
This offer is only suitable for sure-footed mountain hikers (T3).
Two double bedrooms are available for guests. A good night’s sleep is pretty much guaranteed. If you like taking pictures, be sure to bring your camera! The starry sky here can be excellent!

1 day guided hike in the beautiful Maderanertal, overnight stay and hospitality on private goat “Alp”, mountain wellness/ sauna, towels & bed linen, welcome aperitif, raclette dinner under the starry sky, a glass of matching white wine and tea to go with it, fine dessert with a hut coffee, breakfast with local products.

mountain hike urnerboden- klausenpass
From Urnerboden, we first take the cable car up to the Fisetengrat. From the Fisetenpass we hike to the little lake by the glacier (or what’s left from the glacier..) at the foot of the Clariden and then to the Klausenpass. On this hike we can enjoy the magnificent views of the Uri and Glarus Alps in glorious autumn colours.

mountain hike leutschachtal -ladies only
This wonderful autumn hike takes us up from Lake Arni, past the Sunniggrat hut and the Leutsasch hut, where we can enjoy a wonderful panoramic view from the Sunniggrat. The connecting path from the Sunniggrat to the Leutsaschhütte is somewhat exposed and requires surefootedness. At the Leutsaschhütte we can marvel at 2 beautiful mountain lakes, one of which is a kitschy turquoise blue.

The 5-lakes hike at the Gotthard Pass is one of the most beautiful hikes around the Gotthard massif. This hike is truly life-affirming, even if the weather doesn’t play along. It is especially when fog abounds, and the sky is overcast that the Gotthard sometimes exerts its special appeal. In October we got to enjoy the magnificence of the Gotthard in the beautiful colors of nature.

fullmoon autumn hike with fondue
Full moon hike in Isenthal with a delicious fondue in Gitschenen.
In the afternoon we hike through the beautiful Isenthal and then up to Gitschenen. It will be dark before we reach Gitschenen, so don’t forget your headlamp.
First we got to enjoy the autumn colours and later hopefully the moon. And even if the moon does not show up, hiking in the darkness is an exciting experience. Which well be rewarded with yummie Fondue.
